the newest member of our family, Machiavelli.
No, he is not OUR dog, he is my parent's. Trust me, Mekah and Semper are quite enough! He was a surprise Christmas present from my mom to my step-dad Rod and they just adore each other. He is 7 weeks old and is a Siberian Husky and he is SO cute!!! He is named after the Villa we stayed in as a family last May but that name took 3 days to come up with. We seriously spent all of fondue dinner on Christmas Eve trying to think of names and he was still nameless until Saturday evening. We just couldn't all agree on one. I really like the name they ended up choosing and love that it means something to all of us.

Here are some pictures of Rod and the rest of the family meeting him. Mike and I were the only ones who knew about him since we baby-sat him the night before. My mom decided to give Mac to Rod Christmas Eve because she wanted him to be a part of all the fun Christmas activities. I think he slept thru most of them though :-)

Cute puppy! Our Dakota is a siberian husky and he has been the sweetest dog ever! Hope you guys had a wonderful holiday and have fun at the game!!!
